About Me

Guided by a lifelong love for animals and the outdoors, I create vivid artworks inspired by the wild places I explore. My creative journey began underwater — photographing Tasmania’s kelp forests and tropical reefs — where my passion for scuba diving and marine life first shaped my artistic path.

With a background in environmental science, I’m drawn to both the beauty and the vulnerability of wildlife. My coloured‑pencil artworks grew from these underwater experiences and now celebrate the rich diversity of marine life, land animals, and birds, with a special focus on species unique to Tasmania.

My work has been recognised in local and international art awards, and I’ve been fortunate to exhibit and collaborate with organisations that support wildlife conservation. You can explore these awards and exhibitions through the links below. Through every stroke of colour and every moment captured underwater, I hope to spark curiosity and appreciation — inspiring people to see wildlife not just as subjects in art, but as creatures worth protecting.
